1. When you pick a stock to analyze in NS what do you look for? I'm starting with large cap. technology stocks that trade at least 500,000 shares per day. Just a gut feel that the large cap. & high volume stuff won't change trading patterns too whimsically. Tech stocks have enough volatility to be interesting and I have some familiarity with some of them to help in choosing related indicies. 3. Has anyone tried relateds such as the dollar, advance/decline, sentiment, call/put, VIX, etc? I have a S&P500 net using DXY, Adv/Decl. etc. It looks OK but it's too early to tell if it's real-world accurate. If it works, it's just for a general market barometer. I'm just now starting to trade NS signals, cautiously.
