On Thursday, 10/8, the semi-equip market and the SOX-X hit the low
point. Then on Friday, 10/9, the worm turned. It hasn't been the
same since. The semi-equips took off and never looked back. The
group was up over the 2 week period by 45 percent - almost double the
SOX-X rise of 24 percent over the same period. Of the 41 stocks, 40
were up and only 1 was down. 17 stocks had gains of greater than
50 percent with 2 stocks having 100 percent or greater gains.
