4 year cycle??? What about the cycle that Marty Armstrong calculated that picked the top on July 17th? July 17th was a major major top.

And remember all the indicators/oscilators that worked in the Bull market must be reinterpreted for the Bear market.

ie. the % of stocks above 200 DMA should be considered to act as an oscilator. Just because the current % of stocks above 200DMA is very low now and looks to be near a bottom/support area does not mean stock prices cannot continue much lower from here. The oscilator will just bounce down on the bottom as prices go lower.
