jmt, NUOA through its subsidiary NuOasis International gave FXWA its ownership in the Tunisian entities for the shares, options and the note. The Casino at Hammarmet opened during the slow season in Tunisia, that's why they lost money. The Hotel at Gap Gammarth is profitable and the Casino at Hammarmet was profitable during the season according to company press releases. Ted
