Ed - You just aren't getting my point. I'm not looking to run around filing frivoulous lawsuits. I'm a big boy, and I've made and lost money in the market.
No one's ever put a gun to my head to force me to buy or sell a stock. This is not a case of sour grapes.

The point is that the company had an obligation NOT to grant IBD an interview that they knew full well was going to be glowing in its praise of SEMX and consequently continue running the stock price. And the Chairman had NO business filing 20,000 shares 4 days after the interview, one day before it appeared, and 4 days prior to their bombshell. How convenient was that. Why didn't he file *after* the announcement when the stock was 11??? Large slice of the pie or small - it was plain wrong. "Opportunistic" you say - to say the least. Not unethical - you must be kidding. I've got a securities attorney drooling over this one already.

A lawsuit "seems like a waste of our money to me...(if you are a shareholder)" you say. HOW 'BOUT THE 40% DROP IN THE STOCK PRICE??? Didn't that cost the shareholders a couple of bucks??? Can't you see what happened here???
