>>>>>>> A lawsuit "seems like a waste of our money to me...(if you are a shareholder)" you say. HOW 'BOUT THE 40% DROP IN THE STOCK PRICE??? Didn't that cost the shareholders a couple of bucks??? Can't you see what happened here???<<<<<<<<<<<<<

If the LONG TERM FUNDAMENTALS are good, and the short term bad quarter is an irregular event, this 40% drop will be recovered before year's end.

There are also some trading rules that expressly say "Do not buy a stock after a 25% run up in price"... Anyone who bought above 16 the last couple days was violating a rule here (yeah, I know, it looked like a breakout)... I bought a little lower and though set back, I see a lot of future potential and had hoped we would soon rebound.
A Lawsuit will not help me, as a shareholder, in this scenario....

As for the drooling attorney, this is exactly why we tell attorney jokes. He is not, in my opinion, going to help me... he will only hurt us all. My Opinion.
