Mason-You may well be right about SVGI--However, the sole reason I bought it was that it was the only one-save for SFAM that i could find that (A) had no debt, (B) had a lot of cash, (C) was down substantially from its high and (D) was still trading materially below Net Net Working Capital--implying that the market is in effect still saying that their business is worthless at or near the bottom of the cycle. Add in the perhaps outside chance of a takeover by AMAT (which would solve the mgt focus), and I suspect that this one will catch up to the pack and maybe rally to say 12 while the other seq's stand still. Just a hunch. I have no view whatsoever on the business merits or demerits of SVGI itself looked at in a vacuum. Nor do I care in the short run provided that all the other seq's are skyrocketing off the floor. We'll soon see as lousy eps are due out Tuesday am and that will likely be the last time to take this one down. My hunch is that the psychology has changed so much on WS towards these stocks that previously telegraphed bad news will now not faze the Street one bit since no one will be surprised with the numbers and near term prospects and instead look over the valley. My 2c.
