looking back at the charts for BIOI, saw that it was around 1.50 in July 94, it started its run up around may 95', and peaked at 13 bucks in may/june 96. From then on it bobbles up/down between 5 and 9.50 or so.

1. What did the company do in May 95' to cause the run up?

2. Indications look good for another upsurge?
