He made a call for the share holders to protect their investment by calling their broker and telling them to place SGII stock in type 1 account cash account or to take physical possesion of the stock. "No problems funding the company" Some direct quotes Regarding the stock price should be "a hell of a lot higher" "very unreasonable level" regarding the shorting that has been going on. The company has been in contact with securties council, at this point it has all been conversational with the party that is shorting. No legal action has taken place yet they didnt rule that out. AMS "AMS is doing fine maybe a million over last year" does not want to sell AMS "it would be like cutting off a finger to save the arm." In talks with ARCO, American Electric Power. DOE talks went well. There was a mention of DOE wanting to buy some __________, wasnt sure of what.. too technical for me.
