yeah, I did that before too. I got lucky and scalped it for an 1/8 on the market sell minutes later. My volume wasn't enough to affect the bid/ask.

But, to avoid that in the future, I wrote in black marker on the plastic top part of my monitor check the order. Every time I look at the screen, it's there, and I haven't messed up since.
