Colin, Actually no that is not why the market dropped from 1.75 to 1.50. For a market maker to attempt such an idea they would subject themselves to manipulation and we know that never happens in a BB company. A vast majority of what was going on late yesterday was pure unadulterated profit taking. Nothing more. Yes MM's had an ability to cover what ever it is they had to short up int he 1.70's and good for them. It stings when they have to do that everytime. I have knowledge of people buying the stock who are also demanding delivery of their certs at settlement and some trades are demand delivery. Its time to pull the shares off the street and see who is actually messing around. I think if Zwebner and Daly have been selling 144 stock, early, they are going to find themselves in a mess of trouble, both legally and financially. But, until they file we will not know exactly what they have sold. But their new member of the board of LGCY would be able to tell us. wIf I recall he was the President of the old transfer agent. I would canceal those shares of ZWEBNER and Daly and let the cards fall where they do with those two.
