I got a note from Keith to wit he had heard nothing to date.

This company is basicaly bankrupt. The are out of cash, and credit. They are in default on the assets/debt ratio provisions of their credit lines.

Only a MIRACLE could keep them afloat.

The company has been strangly silent since Nov. '96. I suppose they have nothing good to say and the bad stuff will only come out in their SEC mandatory filings.

BTW Keith, their SRAM chips are made by everone and his dog. That is why revenues have been diving all year. Prices of SRAMs are depressed by an over-capacity and supply.

I will wait until there is SOME news before I buy or not.
