Please OB, this was discussed at length awhile back. Please re-read through the last two weeks of posts.

I do not think that anybody on this thread completely answered the question, but this is because at this time nobody really knows 100% how Frank is pulling this off. What you have to realize here is that if we knew exactly how Frank, through FTEL's alliances, was pulling this off, it would no longer be a secret, and therefore open up opportunities for many other small and large companies.

FTEL at this time on paper is nothing more than a BB stock trading for just over two dollars. If all of this good information was made or had been made public, FTEL would be trading at multiples of its current price. Those of us that have done our own DD know that while the price remains at $2/share, FTEL represents a value that should and will be much higher in the near future. By investing in FTEL, one is still speculating that the seeds they have planted over the past few years are coming to fruitition. Boy, what a good crop FTEL will have this year!!!!

BTW, I beleive that FTEL is not pushing to get or release the audit very hard at this time. Why, because the longer they put off its release, the quicker they can follow with the last two quarterly statements(thereby reducing the chance for a serious decline in the company's stock). The holidays and tax selling seasons are now over with, and the 2nd quarter statement is only a month away. I believe we will see the audit very soon, followed by the Nov. results, followed by new alliances and aquisitions, followed by the FEB results, follwed by more alliances, and finally the IPO of FNET. WOWWWW, 1997 is going to be great!!!!!!

Hey Doug, what about this deal with Tex. Inst.? I have not heard anything about this.
