Hi Michael,

Saw you post about how you uncle makes money on ESV. I have a question about his buying tactics. You indicated that he waits for an up day or a low volume day and then buys on the way down. Could you explain this in more detail?

My feelings on ESV are that it is at its low and it really doesn't make much difference if you buy it at 9 or 12. If held you will make at least 100% profit and most likely much more. It is just a matter of time for oil prices to recover. World economic conditions go through a cycle and at the present time there are problems throughout the world which has lessened the demand for not only oil but all other commodities such as copper and steel. Once the economies have recovered, and they will, commodities will also recover and oil will lead the way. Of course ESV is not the only driller which will benefit from this condition but it is a good one.
