URGENT! For all those sitting on the fence! OUCH!!! I just found out that TTRIF has filed a $16,869,310 financing with the BC Sec. Comm. for the week ended Oct14, 1998. It is a combination of preferred shares, common shares and warrants. I don't know any of the terms but at $0.25, the potential dilution is an additional 67 million shares. My source is Business In Vancouver, a financial newspaper, Oct. 20 - 26 issue (page 20 of Finance section). You might find more at this newspaper's web site biv.com What next people? Robert Pool
