I find it very interesting that you say he was "wrong" about his HEB assertions. I haven't really followed this, but I very much doubt whether you have any way of knowing. You're just--as always until the stock tanks--taking the company's word for it. WHEN will you people learn that filing a lawsuit and winning a lawsuit are two entirely different things? I read the filing. It seems well-drawn, though I think there were a few places they shouldn't have gone, but if I'm not much mistaken, HEB is gonna have a VERY hard time winning this one.
