As stated before, a very strange "deal". It appears no one can come up with a logical and valid business reason for shipping all those heavily discounted, unpaid shares out of the country. The 8K would explain it, unfortunately, it appears the filing is missing at the SEC. Gee, DID he get a receipt? I wonder. I mean, he didn't bother to file an 8K for this "private placement". Maybe he just didn't want anything in writing. You know how it is. Record-keeping is SUCH a bore.
