AGPH Home Page: When I read it, I don't see any mention of AG1766, which I now realize was previously known as JE-2147, formerly known as KNI-764. This PI apparently has an excellent resistance profile and will probably be in clinical trials in 1999. It is also synergistic with Viracept. I've been unsuccessful in trying to find out if this PI will be used alone or in combination with Viracept. Does anyone know? Also, I don't find any word about S-1153 (2nd generation NNRTI from Shionogi). Has this one also been renamed with a new AGPH number? Also, what has happened with the HIV Integrase? The web site still refers to AG1343 PI (Viracept) and AG337 (Thymitaq). No wonder I'm confused. Shouldn't AGPH update its web site?
