My broker is hot on NOI (From one of the big 5 firms). Got me in at 27 and then averaged down at 12. He is aware of takeover potential and has a lot of his clients in the stock. I suggested he buy more for my account on FRI but he suggested waiting for a pullback to 13.5 +_ and took an open order to buy more at that price.
