Oh yeah. And how could he own it "secretly"? Actually, he's not a bit secretive about the companies he has an interest in, or owns. Generally, he simply buys 'em outright.

BUT if you want to own 93% in a company that makes up part of the portfolio of a mutual fund, um, sorry, Cav, this turns up under "beneficial ownership". Have you ever actually read any SEC filings? In addition to that, no company in which a principal owns a 93% interest would be a very good candidate for inclusion in a mutual fund. Obviously.
