Wily, Don't worry I'm not accusing you of pushing anything. Just pointing out that as a process the s-g (can someone remind what's the damn symbol of germanium) process is not at all cheap. I didn't have a chance to read the article, but will later. It's also a very difficult material to work with. Steve
