Don't be too hard on PGTZ, Rich. All M&As are a "mess" for the reasons like; employees have to learn new computer systems which is not easy these days!! There are territorial battles between employees with similar or in line positions. The acquiring company's time and attentions are taken up with the new organization and regular business is tough enough this year ... I could go on and on but unless you have been through it you can't believe how awful it can be. PGTZ will be OK. Heck, the price has stayed down so we can buy more ... sooner or later it will shoot up and we'll all get rich!
