When you talk about the next wave of replacements having a different look and feel, are you talking about a new generation of the same productss with e.g. added web based capabilities, etc.?

The reason for my asking is if so, would these be products that could be actually sold to existing customers vs. products they would expect to receive in return for the maintenance fees they have paid over the years?
