ttf, Is it too late for me to get in on the bet? Only problem is you'll have to buy two bottles of wine instead of one?

I think much of what's happened here is that all these software companies are being lumped together. The high growth days of the ERP vendors are over for now. Will they grow, sure...some more than others...just not at the levels they grew previously. FWIW, I think the best short candidates out of that group are the ones that are blaming their slowing growth on Y2K issues vs. saturation because they are using that as an excuse. I shorted SAP the other day figuring that stock hasn't been hit nearly as hard as some of the others and I think in the not to distant future SAP will minimally be in the 20's....Hope I'm right and I really hope it doesn't go to 50 first.

ERM and SCM have replaced ERP as the high growth sectors. I have to think that sooner or later others will figure this out.
