Hello Manny and Harry,

If I remember correctly about 11 months ago you two were posting here about LCAV. Just checking in to see what is up these days.

I am starting to look at LCAV again as year-end washout.

I am being lazy on research but did read somewhere that they completed a convertable preferred debt offering. (The kind where the debt holder receives more shares upon conversion as the stock goes lower.) Is this true. If it is it would be very dilutive.

Other than that it appears they have cleaned up their balance sheet and got out from under the onerous Fifth Third Bankcorp loan.

Are you all aware of any other fundamental changes in the float for the shares? Did BEAM every sell off the other 20% of the company?
