Dear Andy, before I speak to the big H, I can tell you what he'll say.

IT'S GONNA GO! How much? AT LEAST TO A BUCK! How soon? SOON! Why? (Now that's the missing piece of the puzzle that will require his insight) Hopefully its in advance of (a) more drilling results, (b) hot new property acquisitions, or best of all (c) a takeover.
