No, it was waste trying to market the Norris' "Flashback" under Mr. Root. A marketing group/sales group when that failed a proposed merger with MEMO that did not set will with Mr. Norris. Mr Root was soon gone. Paid off the marketing group/sales group and Mr. Root. All under one time reorganzation charges. $3 million wasted with nothing to show for it, except a LOT MORE SHARES OUTSTANDING and more to come. You seen were that got us. Mr. Norris and Mr Putnam were a part of it too. So don't let the phase "past management" indicate a new team. That is not totally correct. Mr. Norris and Mr. Putnam voted for the pre-warrants and as we all know now, they did not understand the it!!!!! They just wanted the money!!!! Now they get rewarded more for failing to protect the shareholders. We need a change on the Board of Directors!!!! They are taking care of themseleves (sp), not us. JMHO. Jim
