You've got to be kidding. If MU gets anywhere with this it will be another opportunity to go short or buy puts. Personally, I'm hoping there is some favorable kind of ruling that send MU to 50 a share. Lot's more $$'s on the way down. How big of a tariff are they going to slap on Taiwanese memory chips? It would have to be pretty hefty before MU could start making $$$'s. Long term, the fact that they have to seek such protection in the first place, is bearish. Protectionism never works.
