What a pleasure to read your stuff. You sound excited. Regarding M.B.'s customer base, I haven't a clue. I am not a client, but I'm sure some others here can give you a decent estimate.

I agree with your remarks about Fidelity. At the risk of seeming obscene, I think Fidelity sucks big-time, one of the worst. I wouldn't let my dog trade with them, although I do have some IRA money tied up there and I'm just too lazy to move it somewhere decent. I've experienced the very same scenario you described many times. Sometimes they are great, most of the time they are pathetic. I don't like Fidelity at all, but that's just my opinion. I don't like any broker where you consistently get put on hold and have to speak with people who know nothing, care nothing.
