OK,

Lets do a recipe a week.

COLD NOODLES
----------------

1. FRESH ORIENTAL NOODLES, OR LINQUINE
2. EQUAL PARTS OF PEANUT BUTTER AND SESEME PASTE
3. VINEGAR
4. GARLIC
5. SUGAR
6. DOUBLE BLACK SOY SAUCE
7. WORCHESTER SAUCE
8. ORIENTAL HOT SAUCE

Cook the noodles aldante, rinse and sprinkle with some olive oil.

Dilute the seseme paste and peanut butter in a bowl. It will take a while since the seseme paste is thick.

Take the fresh garlic and soak in a little water, so the flavor permiates the water.

I am not good with measurements, so just add them gradually. Mix everything together to your taste. It should have the consistancy of slightly thinner than pancake batter. Dont be afraid to use alot of sugar. The vinegar and worchestire sauce will give it a nice bite.

I normally grate fresh cucumber or carrots for a nice garnish.

I make a fabulous white sauce spinach lazangna.
