I will modify my response to simply say that to the extent that that paraphrase was accurate, the CEO sounded like an idiot howling at the moon. Thank you to the 2 or 3 of you who explained to me what this nimrod was attempting to tell us. Unfortunately he must have come off sounding exactly like those SI amateurs who whine, cry, and try to start movements against market makers because their stock is dropping. I'll take everyone's word for it that he has a legitimate message and is simply in dire need of a lot of training in communication. Maybe it was just the context, anyone hear his actual words?

As for the illegal shorter, I hope they find a way to halt his actions, but like you, I doubt it will matter in the longer run.
