DataCom Test Lab gets funding and support from vendors that bring their products to the test. This is the only way they feel they can keep the testing fair. Additionaly the test plans are created by the vendors. Vendors that have the most to gain devote the most time and resource to the test in an effort to skew the tests towards their product. I know, I've been there and done it. I'd be happy to share with you my contacts and DataCom Labs...of line of course.
