I am still optimistic about Apple's future even though it has slugish
outcome in Q1 '97.

The sale in Japan seems still growing. Apple Japan used to predict there is about 286 billions (Japanese yen) sale in '97 - which I am
still confident about. The pc sale will grow 17-19% in '97, which
will boot up Apple sale accordingly during '97.

Apple's new product for students is coming soon, which costs about
$700-800 per unit - that will also contribute to help its
revenue.

Apple's PowerBook sale will speed up this quater based on the news
published by Apple's authority.

1997 is a year for Apple to focus and introduce new products more
importantly than net income manipulation.

Apple is reorganized to slash 1 billion dollars expense in '97 will
certainly help boost the stock price in short or long run.

The Apple's stock price may swing a lot on Monday, but after that,
it should stablize and get better hopfully.
