Real estate sales seem to have petered off some around the country. I think that the reduction in rates at the short end and increase at the long end is an attempt to shore up the banks and the economy. We all know the impact of a flat to inverted yield curve. >>> After all chapter eleven's are way high. And I'm not too confident in this stock market. What that has to do with the real estate market has yet to play out. <<< I wasn't aware fo this. Are you talking businesses or people? Is this a Ca. only thing?
