The Nasdaq Sml Cap listing will be okay because as soon as the company acquires PGMC (Phillippine lottery) they will have more than enough assets to maintain the listing. As far as any other news, they are waiting on the South African Lottery to announce the winner. Hopefully it is ITSI.
