stir things up so we can get on the hot list again.

The two Bobs share the admirable trait of having the courage of their convictions, to go out on a limb, however tenuous it might be, and stake their respective claims to a clear, unequivocal market prognosis. Brinker did so two weeks ago, in the shadows of, "doomsday on wall street", as has been well documented in this thread. Prechter is doing so now, in the euphoria of "the bottom is in."

The other Bob's analysis of the rally from October 8 is that if a Wave 2, retracing most of Wave 1 down, to be followed by a devastating Wave 3 to new lows.

This is not an endorsement nor advocation if Prechter's view, but an example of how both Bobs, unlike most every other market pundit, amateur or pro, adhere to principle over emotion in their analysis. Of course, Prechter is going into his 12th year of being on the wrong side of this market, so perhaps his adhering to principle is now bordering on psychotic, but nonetheless, he too deserves to be called, "Bob."
