Do you think that they are intentionally reckless as defined
under SEC law? Or are they trying to execute on the "Alpha" business
plan, which indicates that SoftQuad Inc is not material, and that the
$$$ amounts of the divestiture are not significant, and that they
did get many bids from other companies, and they engaged an outside
firm to sell (ie they performed reasonable effort in securing
shareholder value). Of course many people would argue otherwise
that they could have done a better job, but they were not reckless
or other "legal" wrangling.

Don't get me wrong, the Rabins are a bunch of idiots for how they
handled SoftQuad Inc, they did not understand the business and poorly
executed and did not provide an environment for success. But at
this point I am damn hoping they execute on the retail business so
I don't have to take a whopping tax loss on this stock this year.
