Ed, don't you get it? I completely agree with what Josh is saying. What happened left a very sour taste in my mouth. What evidence is there that this company is going to recover? Even if it does, I will never invest in them again? I took a loss which I will never recover from these crooks. I can't believe you are glossing this over. What about IBD's reputation? I hardly doubt that they were aware of SEMX's behind the scenes actions. I too hate lawyer's but here is a case that seems fully justified. Just for the sake of discussion, what if someone bought the stock at 12? There were no rules violated there. Do you think they didn't mind seeing the stock take a dive?
