The charmain of the board is Mark Fixler. They just hired a new CEO which is in the latest news release biz.yahoo.com but Mark is still chairman of the board. The company is fairly new and since it is growing quite nicely more key people are being hired. They were suppose to be on the NASDAQ Small Cap earlier this year but I don't believe that Mr. Fixler believes that is as important as growing the business. They have had some aquisitions including, pallet company, a vertical blind company, etc... The recylcling process for the oil is done by a machine manufacturered by Allied Signal... I could go on and on.. so why don't you read past posts on the other FIXC thread, review news for the last year, look up their profile, go to their web site and then ask me speciic questions about this company. I would be happy to be of further assistance. André
