The share increase is due to Allegro including SPCO shares now. Remember SPCO is a subsidary of Allegro so they have increased their company size.

As far as the symbol change, I called COO of the new Allegro. He told me that Allegro wants the exposure of the SPCO symbol but do not want its history. SPCO has had more exposure domestically and internationally and has been around a lot longer than ANMI. Hence the NASDAQ had told them if they want the SPCO symbol but do not want the SPCO price history, they must wait one month before using it. After a month, Allegro will trade with SPCO as their symbol and the price history will be the old ANMI history. The SPCO history will be gone!

In talking with them, this makes a lot of sense. SPCO price history before ANMI leaves lots to be desired in the recent past. So the best move is to get rid of it and use the history of ANMI which is much better. SPCOD was just made up so they could continue to trade this month, in compliance with NASDAQ requirements.....Steve
