Hi Mark, Sometimes a competitor's stumbling is not good news and sometimes it is. If the poor results of Filenet indicate that customers are waiting to buy or are unsure about technical choices in general then it can be an indication of general industry uncertainty and might affect CRNR. If on the other hand, the poor performance at Filenet and the failure of major contracts to sign on, as well as the poor receivables, may be because customers are switching to CRNR or some other solution. Anybody know? Is Filenet's problem a competitive problem or an industry problem? Is CRNR going to gain at the expense of Filenet or go down with them?
