I'm also SICK TO MY STOMACH watching these ridiculously high compensations being paid to a CEO with so far, very little to show for.. If things don't work out,these guys just move on to yet another adventure without a scratch. It's US shareholder who are going to be left hanging for the dry! IMHO their compensation should reflect their and the company's performance, and it's our responsibility to not let things like this get out of hand.. It's OUR money that's on the line here ! My two cents. Bob
