Thanks, Brad. The 'standard' TRIX uses a 10- or 12-day EMA. Using either of these cycles produces a completely different chart than the one you posted: in both cases, the TRIX has just turned from down to up. I don't know which is right. One method of using TRIX is to use two charts, one with a long cycle and the other with a short cycle. The shorter one helps to anticipate reversals in the longer one. I've tried this with PAIR and it leaves me with more questions than answers. That's one reason why I don't often use TRIX. Good luck to ya. --Doug
