< CJ are you dead ?? > LOL! No, I still have a pulse. You made some good points, espec'ly. about waiting until earnings and, as was my initial reaction to the news <Now, if {Z} senses disaster and jumps out of the plane, then 6 bucks may have been Truly in OUR interests. However, he owes or owed us some disclosure of this "disaster"....> to support the INTC deal.

I have been out of SHVA for quite a while; however, I am so sorry JR2, but if I was still in it, based on the "facts" as we now know them, if the vote were tomorrow, I would have to give my proxy to the "King of Gaborville." Regardless of earnings, that is exactly what I am going to suggest to my friends who still hold long positions. I trust His Royal Highness will make himself heard, demand answers to specific questions re: the numbers and representations by the Company, and vote in a wise manner { or, as I think the Martian suggested, top - bid INTC and relocate it to Great Gaborville. }.

In all seriousness, scanning the posts and looking at the number of shares for which you collectively "speak," if you are unified after the 28th, it can very well make a difference in deal/no deal, or, at a very minimum, the $$ and timing thereof. My compliments to those of you who spoke loud and quick.

Best wishes to all of you .........
