The recent US govt activity having to do with India and Pakistan may also help.
Congress has given the President authority to do away with the restrictions imposed as a result of their atomic blasts. The Pakistan leader is due in Washington, DC this week or next I think.
If I remember correctly there was a $700,000 order with ATPX that was put on hold. Who knows that might be the tip of the iceberg - with the secret stuff going on. Just adding the $700k back into the backlog would be a major move.
