my best guess is that intel made zucco an offer that was very favorable to him personally and he decided to throw in the towel.

i do think intel is stealing this company and they know it. did you listen to the conf. call? when intel guy (christiansen?) was asked if he thought shva was worth it, the inflection in his voice said everything. with all the cash, i think intel would pay a little bit more.

baltz and breed and the the other forme shiva employees may disagree but i think this is a deal for zucco and his colleagues and does not take shareholders into account at all. i will vote no and would rather throw the company on them market than ratify zucco's golden parachute.

ps. i stil lchuckle every time i remember that the intel vp called him "zucko". what kind of deal is that? your new found partner doesn't even know how to pronounce your name?
