I bought into the private placement that had started in August which was just replaced by the new note deal they are doing to raise 2 million which hopefully will be the last. They sent along with it a copy of the install calendar for November which shows estimated sales of 1,150,327.28... They also mention and I quote,"Usa is now fully engaged in our strategic partnership with IBM. There is an IBM manager located in our offices,responsible for all aspects of the USA-IBM alliance:inventory financing,installations,service and maintenance. Our strategic partnership with IBM has already allowed us to install eight to ten times as many business centers on a monthly basis." The fact that he is located at their offices I thought was important. Also a little over half a million of the sales is with other companies other than Amerisuites. This is one concern I had. They also say that November sales represent a 1000 percent increase over 1997 for the same period last year. I would think that the first qurter sales would be comming out soon. This makes me feel good! How about you!
