Almost forgot. There's a larger point here:

Cav has the very bad habit of making things up to suit his purpose of the moment. Some would call this "lying".

His predilection for this has been demonstrated a great many times, because the lies he tells, and the scenarios he invents, aren't usually very convincing, and normally can be checked. You no doubt recall the business of how he had ToN anlyzed, but for mysterious reasons was unable to divulge the results of that analysis. And there was also the tale of Dr Pettit, who, alas, had no connection whatsoever to AZNT. I was a broker living in Georgia. And so on and on and on.

The stuff about Gates is just more of the same. Note that he presents Gates's supposed 93% ownership of RACG as proven "fact". This really won't do.
