OK Don, I was already to go and make some fried rice and had all the ingredients you gave me and then I stood there wondering how much of each ingredient to put in the wok. I don't know. You said don't overcook the rice. How should it be cooked. How much of each ingredient per batch. (Do you cook just one order at a time or a big batch?) Also, you did not include green onions in your recipe. Is that optional? Where do you get double black soy sauce? It sounded easy at first then I tried to do it. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!--before I screw it up big time.....Maybe I'll just visit you someday for a real feast, huh? You live near Chicago? HiTech
