Those are STRONG numbers! Glad I've been accumulating shares.
I have done an exercise that projects earnings and the "Should be" price if at current average market P/E by year to 2008 on a hundred key stocks. PM's numbers are below:
POLYMEDICA Note: These are FISCAL years
YTD AVG MKT P/E: 20.74 EPS GROWTH RATE: 30%
YEAR EPS PRICE
1998 $.66 $13.69
1999 $.86 $17.80
2000 $1.12 $23.14
2001 $1.45 $30.08
2002 $1.89 $39.10
2003 $2.45 $50.83
2004 $3.19 $66.09
2005 $4.14 $85.91
2006 $5.38 $111.68
2007 $7.00 $145.19
2008 $9.10 $188.75
Since PM is currently growing earnings at considerably better than 30% I think these numbers are conservative. I will continue to accumulate until the value is honored with a decent price! Sam
